**About the role**
Disprz is looking for a passionate People Business Partner who will be responsible for building talent density by getting the right people in the organization, work with the business team in designing and implementing various people initiatives and provide required HR support. This position will offer a rare opportunity to play an integral role in building and scaling the function as we continue to grow globally.
**Responsibilities (not exhaustive)**
Some key responsibilities include:
- Engage with the business leadership team in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, branding, assessment and other areas to support all recruiting teams.
- Drive and focus on high performance culture and support the business leads on building and evolving value based culture.
- Strategic partnership with leadership in shaping talent upskilling and continuous improvement initiatives that help achieve high performing engaged teams
- Take insights on people agenda from the function to drive organization level people programs and interventions
- Work with teams and look at enhancing lifecycle experience for team members and be seen as a go-to person for all facets of talent development
- Be a People Experience champion and keep an active pulse on health and engagement of the business.
- Drive all People Operations functions, such as onboarding / offboarding, compliances, policies and programs for people.
**Required skillset**
- Fulltime MBA in HR from premium Institute / Masters in Psychology
- 3 to 6 years handling experience in a HRBP Role inclusive of talent acquisition.
- The combined experience of working in startups & enterprise is an advantage
