Job Summary The HR Business Partner HRBP for our mall is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies policies and programs to support the achievement of our business goals and maintain a harmonious work environment The HRBP will collaborate with mall management and various departments to ensure effective HR solutions and initiatives that drive employee engagement talent development and organizational success Key Responsibilities Formulate and align company policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws philosophy and industry practices Oversee and monitor benefits policies and recommend to management cost saving and employee engaging policies Conduct job evaluation undertake market surveys and analyze market trends to create viable HR solutions for the business Ensure upkeep of necessary documentation and approvals as per internal and audit requirements 1 Employee Relations - Act as a trusted advisor to mall management on all HR-related matters - Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues promptly and fairly - Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently 2 Talent Acquisition and Management - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding - Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions 3 Performance Management - Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers - Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs - Manage employee recognition and rewards programs 4 Employee Engagement - Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with the mall s values - Conduct employee surveys analyze feedback and develop action plans - Organize team-building and employee engagement activities 5 HR Compliance - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation - Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Master s degree preferred - Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a retail or mall environment - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
