**Job description**:
**Preferred - 2 to 4 years of experience in HRBP**
**Immediate Joiner**
**Location - Chennai**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Partner with department heads to address HR needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Contribute to performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
- Maintain HR data and generate regular reports on HR metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
