Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and support business

operations across South India. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and

employees to drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and

overall HR partnering activities. The role requires strong people management skills, local

language proficiency, and the ability to travel across assigned states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and clinic leaders to understand staffing requirements and

manage end-to-end recruitment.

  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals, ensuring employee engagement and

retention.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, policies, and

grievance management.

  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and

development planning.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent

management.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws across locations.
  • Facilitate HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, and employee

relations.

  • Support organizational culture-building initiatives and ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • Willingness to travel across TN, Telangana, Karnataka, and Kerala as per business

needs.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and employees at multiple

levels.
