**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives or teams.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Order office supplies and ensure their availability.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair services.
- **Event and Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule, plan, and arrange meetings or conferences, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing company events or training sessions.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
