**Position**: Assistant Administrator - Project Management Consultant (PMC)
**Location**: Mumbai (Full-Time, On-Site)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and follow-ups.
- Provide general administrative and office support to the PMC team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an administrative role (preferably in construction, architecture, or PMC environment).
- Excellent English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹12,651.97 - ₹40,000.00 per month
