**Job Description: PA cum Administrator**
**Position Title**: PA cum Administrator
**Department**: Administration
**Location**: Mumbai
**Reports To**: Managing Director
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other transportation needs.
- Ensure travel bookings comply with the company’s travel policies and budget guidelines.
- **Itinerary Management**:
- Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries with travelers.
- Handle changes or cancellations and update travelers promptly.
- **Travel Support**:
- Assist employees or clients with visa processing, travel insurance, and other travel documentation.
- Provide guidance on travel regulations, safety protocols, and destination-specific requirements.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Negotiate competitive rates and service agreements to optimize travel budgets.
- **Expense and Reporting**:
- Process travel reimbursements and maintain records of travel expenses.
- Generate periodic reports on travel expenditures and recommend cost-saving measures.
- **Emergency Assistance**:
- Be available to assist travelers during emergencies or unexpected disruptions.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and coordinate the executive's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
- Handle confidential documents and ensure information security.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a travel desk or similar role (preferably in corporate travel management).
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel booking from various website.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of visa requirements, travel policies, and destination guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Personal Attributes**:
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle stress and work under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
**Work Conditions**:
- Office-based, with occasional after-hours support for urgent travel needs.
- Interaction with multiple stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
**Location - BKC**
**Salary Range
- 4- 5LPA**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
