**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive.
- Accompany the executive on business trips and corporate events.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and clients, handling communications professionally.
- Attend client events and business meetings to represent the company in a professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Outgoing personality** with strong interpersonal skills.
- **Excellent communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Aviation or similar role preferred.
- **Well-groomed appearance** and professional demeanor.
- **Willingness to travel** occasionally for business engagements (1-2 times per month).
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in hospitality, event management, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
