Administrator and Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively coordinate tasks, manage communication, and handle administrative, HR, and payroll responsibilities with utmost professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Task Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and employees, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of tasks.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- **HR Assistance**:
- Be proactive in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's needs.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR documentation.
- **Payroll and Attendance Management**:
- Oversee payroll-related tasks, including tracking employee attendance and leave.
- Verify holiday schedules and ensure accurate record-keeping for payroll processing.
- Assist in addressing payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- **Paperwork Management**: Handle documentation and paperwork as required, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- **Personal Tasks**: Assist the Managing Director with personal errands and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify issues and provide solutions to ensure the Managing Director’s time is maximized.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- **Professionalism**: Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion in handling confidential matters.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
