**Job Summary for EA to MD**:
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Executive Assistant will act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, while also handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and coordinate the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Maintain and organize the MD's office and ensure a tidy workspace.
**Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Facilitate communication between the MD and senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Represent the MD in meetings and communications with professionalism and diplomacy.
**Travel and Logistics**:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
- Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research and gather data to support the MD in decision-making.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations based on research findings.
**Office Management**:
- Oversee the efficient management of the MD’s office.
- Liaise with office staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Manage office supplies and resources.
