**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.

3. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies.

6. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and follow-up communications.

7. Manage and track leads using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.

8. Work in collaboration with operations and product teams to optimize sales strategies.

9. Adapt to flexible shifts, including US and Indian time zones.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

6. Quick learner with strong product knowledge or ability to learn new offerings rapidly.

7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

8. Good understanding of US market trends and business practices.

9. Comfortable working in both US and Indian shifts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

2. Prior exposure to SaaS, IT services, or B2B solutions.
