**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven **B2B Sales Representatives** to join our team in Gurgaon. This role focuses on developing and managing sales in the government sector for IT printing solutions, including IT hardware, software, and related products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the government sector for IT printing solutions.
- **Tender Management**: Track government tenders, prepare proposals, and collaborate on competitive bids.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate long-term client relationships, provide tailored solutions, and ensure repeat business.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and government regulations in IT and printing sectors.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (Government sales experience is a plus).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (No PF/ESI).
- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Saturday (10 AM - 6:30 PM) with alternate Saturdays off.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
