We Infyni seeking a Sales Associate to join our team You'll drive revenue across B2B and B2C markets, building strong client relationships and securing profitable deals. Proficiency in CRM and a collaborative spirit are key.
- Working Days - Monday to Saturday
- Working Time - 10 AM to 6 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Craft and execute sales strategies.
- Build lasting client relationships & understand their needs.
- Negotiate & close deals, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Retain clients through exceptional service & loyalty programs.
- Utilize CRM to manage interactions, track sales & generate reports.
- Data Management (Update and maintain accurate customer databases and records of interactions).
- Market Research (Conduct surveys or gather market information as required by the organization).
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure, finding creative solutions to challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimized processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration preferred).
- 3-4 years of B2B & B2C sales experience.
- Proven track record of building & retaining clients.
- Strong negotiation & sales target achievement.
- CRM expertise (familiarity with sales management tools e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of the products or services being promoted.
- Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to changing client needs
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: ₹15,450.72 - ₹45,006.75 per month
