**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, cold-calling potential clients, pitching products and services, and closing deals. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Customer service skills and client relationship management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of regional dialects is preferred

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
