- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.
- Handle end-to-end client interactions including queries, negotiations, and closures.
- Develop sales and business strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Lead and mentor teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and professional growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, legal, etc.) to streamline processes.
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry networking events. Required Experience
- Experience: 5-10 years (preferably in residential real estate projects).
- Strong track record of handling premium residential projects (e.g., Marbella or similar).
- Proven experience in sales leadership, client handling, and negotiation. Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Ability to manage and lead client-facing teams.
- Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and presentation skills.

Preferred Profile
