Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and dynamic professionals to join our leadership team as Assistant General Managers (AGM) / Deputy General Managers (DGM). The ideal candidates will bring proven expertise in managing residential real estate projects (reference projects such as Marbella or similar), handling client relations, and driving business growth through effective leadership and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the execution and management of residential projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.

* Handle end-to-end client interactions including queries, negotiations, and closures.

* Develop sales and business strategies to achieve organizational targets.

* Lead and mentor teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and professional growth.

* Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, legal, etc.) to streamline processes.

* Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry networking events.

Required Experience

* Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in residential real estate projects).

* Strong track record of handling premium residential projects (e.g., Marbella or similar).

* Proven experience in sales leadership, client handling, and negotiation.

Skills & Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

* Ability to manage and lead client-facing teams.

* Strategic thinking and result-oriented mindset.

* High level of professionalism, confidence, and presentation skills.

Preferred Profile

* Gender: Open (Female candidates will be given preference).

* Candidates with strong residential project handling background will be prioritized.

Compensation * Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability).
