**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead and manage the on-ground sales team to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- **Strategy Development**: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Mohali market.
- **Customer Engagement**: Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to booking and post-sale services.
- **Channel Partner Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners; organize CP meets and incentive programs.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to refine sales tactics and pricing strategies.
- **Lead Management**: Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates through CRM tools.
- **Reporting & MIS**: Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to senior management on performance, trends, and challenges.
- **Project Branding Support**: Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns and events for project visibility and lead generation.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all sales activities are compliant with RERA and company policies.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of the Mohali/Tricity commercial market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to lead teams and work under pressure to achieve results
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
