Agm - Sales (Real Estate)

We are looking for an AGM - Sales from the Real Estate Industry who will act as a driving force for the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensuring adequate inquiries and interest from the market concerning the assigned prospect base.
- Allocation of prospect base to team members.
- Developing proposals.
- Achieving individual targets.
- Managing forecast projections.
- Ensuring on-time reporting on business development activity as per defined formats at regular intervals.
- Developing a strong understanding of client/prospect requirements and strategic objectives from the transaction.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Channel partners and appropriate teams.
- Ensuring all exercises are implemented for all aspects of the transactions.
- Taking transactions to closure.
- Creating all reports required by the client and management.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Required 5 to 10 years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills.
- Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills.
**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
