- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales plans and adjust as needed.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
- Oversee lead generation activities and ensure high-quality lead conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to the management team for refining sales strategies.
- Assist in the management of the sales department’s budget.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Foster relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals to expand business opportunities.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Continuously track and ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed sales goals.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
