**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the sales teams to achieve set revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the teams to create effective promotional campaigns and digital strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project and legal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and compliance.
- Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for sales personnel to enhance performance and skill sets.
- Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and internal leadership discussions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 - 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with leading developers or agencies. Preference will be give to whom having experience in commercials sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of real estate markets, buyer behavior, and regulatory aspects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, analytics platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic business environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹ 55,000 - ₹65,000 per month
