ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support for ADT customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues.
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals and objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers.

- Shift timings: Night Shifts (Rotational)
- Working Days: 05 Days (Rotational)
- Week Offs: 02 Days (Rotational)

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 01 year of experience in International Customer Support (Preferably in chat)
- Immediate joiners willing to work night shifts and from the office

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

INTERVIEW PROCEDURE:

- 1 - HR (Telephonic Interview)
- 2 - AMCAT Test (Online)
- 3 - Ops Round (Video/Telephonic Interview)

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
