**Location**: Sector 49, Gurgaon

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Chat Support Executive to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring a high-quality support experience, and resolving issues efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up where necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales) to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and company policies.
- Meet performance goals such as response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher and experience both can apply.
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role (chat support experience preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Fast typing speed with attention to grammar and clarity.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
