**Job Title**: International Chat Support Executive
- **Location**: Gurugram (Work From Office)
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months in Chat Support + Upselling
- **Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide **real-time chat support** to international customers.
- Handle **customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting** efficiently.
- Identify **upselling opportunities** and promote relevant products/services.
- Maintain **high-quality support standards** and meet performance KPIs.
- Work in a **fast-paced environment** while managing multiple chat sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Undergraduate/Graduate (Any stream).
- **Experience**: Minimum **6 months** in **Chat Support + Upselling** (International process preferred).
- Strong understanding of **customer support metrics, KPIs, and upselling techniques**.
- **Excellent written communication skills** and **attention to detail**.
- Ability to **work in rotational shifts** if required.
