**Position: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)**

**Location: Gurgaon**

**Salary**: Upto INR 35,000 CTC + Incentives up to INR 15,000Shift

Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required

Typing Speed:Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM)

Job Responsibilities:
Chat Process:
Respond to customer queries via chat professionally and promptly.

Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in chat support.

Follow company guidelines for customer engagement.

Ensure timely responses and resolution of customer concerns.

Escalation Desk:
Address escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution.

Coordinate with different teams to resolve high-priority concerns.

Social Media Support:
Manage and respond to customer queries on social media platforms.

Maintain brand reputation by addressing complaints and feedback effectively.

Senior Role (Age: 32 Years & Above):
**Salary**: INR 35,000 CTC + INR 31,400 Incentives + INR 15,000 Incentive

Training Duration: 20 days

Manage and oversee customer service operations for improved efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute (WPM).

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
