**Position: Zomato**Customer Support Executive - Blended Process

**Salary: ₹30,000 In-hand | ₹34,000 CTC**

**Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in a Blended (Chat + Voice) Process**

**Process Type: Blended - 70% Chat & 30% Calling**

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Education: Undergraduate or Above

**Responsibilities**:
Handle customer issues related to orders, refunds, and deliveries via chat and calls.

Provide real-time support with quick turnaround time and professional etiquette.

Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions in internal systems.

Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns efficiently.

Collaborate with restaurants and delivery partners when needed to resolve queries.

Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks set by the process.

Manage multiple chats while taking occasional inbound/outbound calls.

Ensure proper follow-ups and issue closures.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months experience in a blended process (chat + voice).

Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken.

Strong typing skills and ability to multitask.

Quick learner with a customer-first approach.

Should be flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
