**Position Title**: Customer Service Chat Process Executive
**Location**: Sector 49, Gurgaon
**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**: Handle customer queries via chat, offering real-time assistance and solutions to problems related to products, services, or account management.
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through problem-solving steps, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- **Manage Multiple Chats**: Efficiently handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- **Product and Service Knowledge**: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and make appropriate recommendations to customers.
- **Customer Interaction Documentation**: Log chat interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM or ticketing system to ensure accurate records and enable seamless follow-ups.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and escalate suggestions to management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role is preferred, especially in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately log and manage customer information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
