**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Customer Support Executive** to handle customer inquiries through online chat platforms. The role requires providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses to customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience without voice interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly via chat.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed.
- Identify customer needs and help them use specific features or services.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and standard procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate freshers can apply
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a chat support or customer service role preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
