**Basic Responsibilities**:

- Make sure of smooth running of the office
- Take part in meetings with the director and handle all follow up actions and items
- Be responsible for the office administration organization, HR, payroll, employee issues, implementation of processes, etc
- Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those of importance which require immediate attention
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation
- Organization: Adept at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
- Supervise other clerical staff
- Prepare MIS reports for the management
- Handle all critical office situations with positive results
