**Job Title**: Executive Assistant / Executive Administrator
**Location**: Bangalore
**Reporting To**: Founder / CEO

**Job Type**: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM)
**Languages Required**: English and Kannada

**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant / Executive Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that senior executive's priorities are met and organizational goals are achieved efficiently. This position requires strong planning, coordination, and administrative expertise to support business operations and executive decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative & Office Management**
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to streamline organizational processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, clients, business partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, aligning their priorities with company objectives.

**2. Meeting Coordination & Communication**
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings, ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups.
- Summarize and present complex information concisely for decision-making.
- Act as a ‘follow-up manager’ to track and ensure the execution of key action items.
- Attend senior leadership meetings (on-site and off-site) and deliver effective presentations.

**3. Documentation & Record Management**
- Maintain comprehensive records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

**4. Travel & Event Coordination**
- Plan and manage travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Organize internal and off-site events, ensuring seamless execution.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Proficiency in office productivity tools with the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and a proactive problem-solver.
- A flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years in an administrative role, directly supporting senior management.
- Experience in budget management and expense tracking.
- Proven ability to develop and enhance internal processes for operational efficiency.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Additional certifications or a postgraduate diploma is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
