**Job Title**:Administrative Support** **Executive**
**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka

**Job Type**: Full-time/Permanent
**Experience**: 2 to 5 years
**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage and organize records, documents, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support HR, finance, or operations departments with basic administrative needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure the office remains tidy, organized, and professional.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
