**About Us**:
We are a 15-year-old content creation and media company with offices in multiple locations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated **IT Administrator** who can manage and improve our IT systems and infrastructure.

**Role Overview**:
We're hiring an experienced and hands-on IT Administrator to take full responsibility for our IT operations. You should be able to handle both hardware and software issues, manage servers and networks, and be capable of building IT infrastructure from scratch. You’ll also be expected to resolve issues remotely and travel when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle daily IT support - systems, software, hardware, and networks

Build and manage our IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups)

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers

Manage Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)

Support cloud services - AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS)

Maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, RAID, Group Policy

Handle backup systems - NAS, EMC, Cloud storage

Troubleshoot remote and on-site IT issues

Take care of cybersecurity, patch updates, and endpoint protection

Maintain software tools like Micros POS, Opera, EMC, ERP tools, etc.

Track IT inventory and manage licenses

Maintain hosting for company websites and mobile apps

Document processes and work with vendors for support.
