Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Supply chain, Procurement, Finance or Computer Science
Year of experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to support the Procurement Department by facilitating the execution of various Source to Pay Processes (Opportunity Assessment, Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchase to Pay)
This involves actively collaborating with several stakeholders within the organisation and being able to understand the E2E procurement Process in order to execute some of those processes (Like Purchase Order for instance) or support changes, new ways of working implementation. The position plays a crucial role in streamlining the Source to Pay processes within UBL.
Job Responsibilities:
- Executing some processes within the Source to Pay Process
- Supporting Projects destined to implement new Ways of Working
- Clearly Communicating new ways of working with the different Stakeholders
- Training / Explaining new Ways of Working
**Skills**:
- Experience solving problems in business
- Experience in Change Management
- Experience in Project Management
- Proficiency with excel
- Ability to sum up and present information in a clear manner
- Ability to connect with stakeholders and convince them
