**DESIGNATION/ TITLE**: Administration Assistant
**ABOUT THE ROLE**: As an Administration Assistant you will be performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to the Managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing Company’s general administrative activities.
**DEPARTMENT**: Administration
**REPORTING TO**: Executive Assistant & Manager - Administration
**JOB LOCATION**: Head Office, Bangalore.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Daily banking activities.
- Flights booking.
- Maintaining AMC records of all Admin related activities (AC’s, DGs, Fire Extinguishers, Vending Machines, First aids).
- House-keeping related works with daily sheet updates.
