We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to support our daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative, clerical, and organizational assistance to management and various departments.To ensure efficient functioning of office processes and maintain a productive work environment that aligns with the company’s goals.

**Location**:Bangalore, India

**Experience Required**: 3+ years
**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Preferred**: Master’s degree in business communication and administrative practices with a minimum of 85% ATAR.
- **Additional Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Office Specialisation
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) from the international association of administrative professionals

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Office Management**

○ Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for executives and teams.

○ Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases (both electronic and physical).

2. **Communication and Correspondence**

○ Act as a point of contact between internal staff and external stakeholders.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**

○ Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using office software.

○ Maintain accurate records of invoices, expenses, and other financial documents.

○ Compile data for analysis and reporting purposes.

4. **Project and Task Coordination**

○ Assist with administrative aspects of projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables.

○ Coordinate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.

5. **Meeting and Event Coordination**

○ Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.

○ Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up notes and action items.

○ Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- **Experience**:
○ 3+ years of experience in an administrative role preferably in the retail or food and beverage industry

○ Familiarity with supply chain processes, customer order management, or inventory tracking is a plus.
- **Skills**:
○ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail

○ Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence and handling customer inquiries.

○ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

○ Familiarity with order processing systems, inventory management software, or CRM tools.

○ Demonstrates a professional and friendly approach to internal and external customers.

○ Resourceful and capable of addressing operational challenges effectively.
- **Education and Experience**:

- Associate's degree or certification in business administration, office management, related field.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹38,484.92 per month
