Administration assistant or Front Desk Representatives are one of the most important roles in improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Often times they are the first contact with the customers, and are responsible for making a good impression and improving reputation. We are looking for a pleasant Female Administration assistant or Front Desk Executive with Min.1 yrs. of exp undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

Job description:
She will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Also she will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office. As the front-line-employee, Her role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirement:

- Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
- Smart, Proactive with good communication skills.
- With Present Personality.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
- Greet, communicate and welcome guests/ clients
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Make supply orders when needed
- Monitor and update records and files
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
