Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Administrator based in Bengaluru. The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to users, and maintaining network and system administration. Daily tasks will include monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing support for hardware and software installations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Knowledge of Network Administration and System Administration
  • Experience in Information Technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge about Outlook 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Hardware and software installation.
