**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process client reimbursements and handle related inquiries.
- Address client and payor concerns related to financial transactions and billing.
- Pull financial data and reports to assist with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients to resolve financial issues.
- Work independently to solve problems and seek assistance when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Expertise in financial reconciliations and client reimbursements.
- Familiarity with handling client and payor inquiries related to financial issues.
- Strong financial data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, both written and verbal.
- Independent problem-solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely and be trained virtually.
- Self-motivated and proactive in seeking support when faced with challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
