**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record and categorize financial transactions in the accounting system
- Maintain and update the general ledger
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records
- Track and manage company expenses and petty cash
- Support tax filings and provide necessary documentation for accountants
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital financial records
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Provide support during audits and assist in budget preparation as needed
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and banks to resolve discrepancies
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB
- Understanding of payroll and basic tax principles
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹244,100.49 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
