**Junior Bookkeeper**

POSITION DETAILS

Purpose

The Junior Staff will be responsible primarily for data entry. The successful applicant will be assisting the team on clerical tasks. In order to be successful in this role, you must have great attitude and attention to details.

Reports to (Title)
- Supervisor, Accounting

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Code bank transactions and supplier receipts/invoices for multiple clients.
- Create customer invoices
- Process routine payroll.
- Ad-hoc jobs as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Enthusiastic, hardworking and has demonstrated initiative and motivation in taking ownership and accountability of responsibilities.
- Prior experience in QBO is an asset

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
