**Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support to Faculty**:

- Assist faculty members with scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support for faculty-related events, including meetings, conferences, and seminars.
- Maintain and update faculty records, including personal and professional documents, teaching materials, and research files.

**2. Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as the **primary liaison** between faculty, students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit official documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support faculty in preparing course schedules, managing room bookings, and coordinating academic activities.

**3. Office Management & General Administration**:

- Maintain office supplies and ensure all necessary materials are available for smooth operations.
- Assist in processing faculty reimbursements and financial transactions, while maintaining departmental budget records.
- Organize and oversee faculty meetings, workshops, and events, handling **logistics, catering, and materials preparation.**:

- Ensure proper **documentation, filing, and secure storage of records** for administrative purposes.

**4. Process Improvement & Compliance**:

- Implement **efficient administrative workflows** to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Provide recommendations to optimize administrative processes.

**Qualifications & Skills:Education**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong **organizational and time-management skills** to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** for professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)** and other administrative tools.
- Ability to **prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently** with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining **confidentiality** in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to **collaborate with teams and work in a fast-paced environment.**
