**Job Description: Admin cum HR Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource (HR) Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support payroll processing by collecting employee attendance data and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Handle employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance appraisals.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Manage employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee the offboarding process.
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management and vendor coordination.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory tracking.
- Handle correspondence, filing, documentation, and database management.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics management.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRMS, and payroll software.
- **Compliance Knowledge**: Basic understanding of labor laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and accuracy.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with office administration, procurement, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
