The role demands a proactive leader with proven experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior. Strong analytical thinking and a track record of exceeding sales targets are essential.
**Key Requirements**:
- 15+ years of sales experience in real estate; at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive high-ticket sales and manage large teams
- MBA or equivalent preferred
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
