**Requirement**
- Proven track record in **B2B IT sales**:

- Experience in selling **training and assessment solutions to the L&D and HR-Talent Acquisition teams of large corporates**:

- Exposure to the **EdTech industry** and knowledge of its market dynamics and understanding of SAAS Business Models.
- Demonstrating a software solution over the web meeting is a breeze for you.
- Master's degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study.
- Ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to software solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), sales automation, and lead generation tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally

**The Role**:

- Prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
- Possess exceptional listening skills and employ effective follow-up questioning techniques.
- Craft compelling narratives that provide valuable and distinctive insights.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of closing deals.
- Develop and oversee the sales pipeline, assess prospects, and efficiently move multiple transactions through the pipeline simultaneously.
- Fulfill operational duties such as generating accurate pipeline reports and conducting quarterly sales forecasts seamlessly.
- Maintain effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
- Present iamneo's Solution to relevant buyers in the designated geographical market.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Identify Key Decision Makers through research and prospecting tools.
- Conduct client-needs analysis and strategize outreach based on identified pain points.
- Possess an understanding of business operations and effectively engage in C-level conversations.
- Utilize resources such as insight teams, customer success teams, and presales teams to enhance sales efforts.

**Experience Level**:
