To facilitate deliverables pertaining to Training Support & Compliance in a seamless manner and in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Design, issuance, revisions, distribution, implementation & compliance of Operations Training Manual

Issuance, revisions, distribution & compliance of training support manual DPM, FIM, and training forms

Systems upkeep towards Flight Crew training, qualification, and renewal

Audit of internal processes which includes documentation, record upkeep and system database.

Regulatory and Financial audits

Project Management

Work in coordination with FSD, DGCA towards Trainer Upgrades & renewals. Operations Training Manual edition, revision approval

Training Facility approvals & agreements

Work towards automation of processes, system enhancements

Monthly review of credit and simulator usage, pending invoices, regulatory approvals

Any other assignments from Reporting Manager/VP-Training

**Skills & Attributes**:
Good communication and administration skills

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Analytical and planning skills

High integrity

**Work Experience**:
Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation industry

Conversant with working of eGCA/ARMS

**Qualification**:
Graduate from a recognized university
