**Job Title**: Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source new LAP customers through direct sales, DSA, and other channel partners.
- Generate leads through market mapping, cold calls, references, and networking.
- Evaluate customer financials and property documents to assess eligibility.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.
- Ensure timely disbursal of loans and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers and handle post-sales service.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure mínimal delinquency.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in LAP sales or mortgage loan sales.
- Strong understanding of LAP product features, market trends, and underwriting process.
- Established network of DSAs, builders, and channel partners preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum); MBA preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Local market knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,063.91 - ₹45,682.13 per month
