Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical in key cities.

This role involves managing sales operations, mentoring teams, and executing growth strategies to expand our footprint and achieve revenue targets in the LAP segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed LAP sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives Relationship Managers to drive performance.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, credit, and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Regularly review team performance, set goals, and report sales metrics to senior leadership.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance team skills in product knowledge, compliance, and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage or LAP sales.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
  • Competency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage lending ecosystem, especially in the LAP domain.
