Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fintech Sales (Fresher to 2 Years Experience)

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales who are interested in building a career in fintech sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a curiosity for fintech solutions, and a strong desire to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs
  • Present and promote fintech solutions to businesses
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
  • Maintain and update sales reports, CRM, and activity tracking

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and sell fintech solutions
  • Comfortable working in a WFO environment in Prabhadevi, Mumbai
