Executive Assistant to Md

**JOB RESPONSIBLITIES**:
- Correspondence with clients, vendors, contractors, etc.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the MD.
- Screen phone calls.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Managing MD’s calendar and set up meetings.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Oversee and monitor the work and performance of other clerical staff.
- Organizing documents and maintaining records;
- Making travel arrangements and handling travel receipts.
- Attend to the day-to-day functions as per the MD’s requirement.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Age: 35 years & above
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or secretarial role for 10+ years.
- Should be willing to work for minimum 3 - 5 years in our company.
- Thorough understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good organization and efficient time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Should be fluent in English.
**Shift Timings**
Monday to Saturday (10.45am to 7.15pm)
**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
