Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant (EA) to the MD & CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting high-priority initiatives, managing time, information, and decisions with sharp precision. Youll serve as the right hand to the MD & CEO handling schedules, communication, follow-ups, special projects, and strategic coordination across teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

This role demands trust, discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage chaos with calm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder Support & Calendar Management

  • Manage the MD & CEOs calendar internal meetings, external partnerships, investor calls, vendor discussions, and travel plans.
  • Prioritize tasks, flag urgent matters, and maintain a structured flow of daily activities.
  • Ensure the founder is briefed, prepped, and on-time for all engagements.

2. Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft emails, proposals, documents, and responses on behalf of the founder when required.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders team leads, investors, partners, vendors, advisors

with clarity and professionalism.

  • Always maintain confidentiality and discretion.

3. Project Coordination & Research

  • Assist in tracking strategic projects across departments (tech, product, marketing, partnerships, ops).
  • Conduct background research, prepare decks, and provide summaries to assist in quick decision-making.
  • Follow up on action points with internal teams and ensure timelines are being met.

4. Travel, Events & Operations

  • Organize MD & CEOs travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) and logistics for field visits (temple town visits, shoots, events).
  • Support the planning and coordination of key events, conferences, or founder-led presentations.
  • Maintain records, files, trackers, and SOPs for the Office of the Founder.

What Youll Bring

  • 1-4 years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff Associate, or Operations Executive.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, Zoom, and Notion.
  • High levels of discretion, loyalty, and adaptability.
