About the Role:
We are seeking highly organized and proactive Executive Assistants to support our Managing Director (MD). This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to manage fast-paced business activities with professionalism. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand to the MD, ensuring smooth coordination of business and personal priorities.
Key Responsibilities
:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for internal and external meetings.
Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate and follow up on key projects, tasks, and deadlines on behalf of the MD.
Assist in research, analysis, and preparation of strategic inputs for business decisions.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the MD's office.
Requirements
:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role at CXO/Director level.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Professional demeanor with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
